Correct. During the initial launch and testing phase, you only cover ad spend that is paid directly to the platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). We use this phase to prove we can hit realistic performance targets. Once we’re at or above those targets and you’re seeing real revenue and sales pipeline, we transition into a performance-based management fee that we both agree to in advance.
For most offers, we recommend a testing budget starting around $1,500–$3,000 per month in ad spend, with the intent to scale once we find winning angles. If you’re not sure what’s realistic for your market, we’ll run through the numbers together on your strategy call.
You’ll see data within days of launch, but meaningful results typically come within 4–8 weeks as we test and optimize audiences, creatives, and funnel steps.
